How does it work?
- No Appointment Needed: Just come along during the drop-in times—no need to book in advance.
- Queue System: Upon arrival, you’ll be invited join a queue to speak with one of our advisers. During drop-ins, we see clients on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Follow-Up Support: After your session, you can either book a follow-up appointment for more in-depth support or return to another drop-in session.
What can we support you with during a drop-in?
We can support with any matter type, including but not limited to:
- Welfare Advice & Benefits Support: Assistance with Universal Credit, Child Benefit, and more.
- Housing Assistance: Guidance on rights and language support. .
- Document Support: Help understanding official letters and application forms.
- Crisis Support & Active Listening: Emotional support and connections to additional resources.
- Support for Safety at Home: Confidential advice for those feeling unsafe or experiencing domestic issues.

We host weekly drop-ins for Ukrainian guests in partnership with Bedford Borough Council.
